Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, beauty, hair care, personal care, wellness, and self-care products that have been used or opened cannot be returned.

Please do not send any items back before contacting us. We will provide return instructions if your return is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations
