Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Costs

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on your country.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

Auralia is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@auraliabeauty.shop and we will help investigate with our shipping partners where possible.

A package is not considered lost until the shipping carrier confirms it as lost or the estimated delivery period has passed by a reasonable amount of time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@auraliabeauty.shop.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has already been processed or shipped by our fulfillment partners, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item, according to our Return & Refund Policy.
